I was involved in a car accident and had received injuries to my neck and lower back. My insurance recommended Repsol for diagnosis and treatment of my injuries. I was instantly assisted by one of their physicians who was able to asses my injuries as well as develope a rehabilitation plan to get me back to feeling my old self and better. Would highly recommend for excellent service for sports injuries, physiotherapy, chiropractor or any assessment of bodily injury. They are very efficient and always ready to help you with any questions and concerns with smile.

Known previously as Talisman center and Lindsey Park, the newly branded Repsol Center is great. Especially if you are a swimmer. There are two Olympic sized pools (chlorine, for those that are not a fan of salt water pools that are overly warm). The pools always have public lanes going even if there are team practices going on. They care that the public has access at all hours. The gym is also good, there are constantly employees cleaning and addressing problems. I haven't tried their classes, but those are available for members to join as well. Overall the facilities are good and prices are reasonable for the size and scale of the center. Highly recommend the Repsol Center.

Big well equipped gym, lots of pools. Very busy during peak hours but is open very early and very late so that helps find a good time to go. Only cold tub I'm aware of in the city. Bonus: work out under a sweet tent.

Ive been coming here for physio for 7 weeks. My physio (stephaine) is just great. She is honest and direct about my injuries. Super knowledgeable about the healing process, and she is very kind to me and other patients. The women at the front desk are always welcoming and funny. As for input, the contrast baths could have more contrast. Overall great experience. I returned this time because of my previous experience with lifemark.

Great place. Came to see Danielle Craig at lifemark physio for muscle needling. She is amazing!... The whole facility is on point as well. Lots to do there and super clean

My car and all my valuables were stolen as my locker was broken. I did lock all my stuff and when I returned after my workout sure enough the lock was broken and all my stuff was gone. They got my car keys and stole my car as well. I would strongly suggest not to go to this place ever. The Repsol staff could not care less. All they said: it happens all the time. So don't go there. They have no security system and they do nothing about it.

OMG, totally amazing swim complex. Two 50 m (LCM) pools that they can divide into four 25 , (SCM) pools, plus a 25x25 diving well. Dropped in at a random time and got my own lane for a 90 minute workout! Huge, clean locker facility. Why can't we have more of these in the 'states?

I bring my clients here to workout and the staff are always friendly, kind, and helpful. They are excellent communicator with individuals that are non verbal which is great. Price for membership is expensive however they have a fitness gym, track, hot/cold pool, regular pool, two gyms 3 gyms to play basketball and other games. They also have classes for both adults and children along with a fitness trainer and daycare onsite. During the summer you can head out doors to Lindsay Park and the river just behind the building.

The facility itself is beautiful, but they need to hire security. I had 2 men (who appeared to be
Repsol customers ) approach me in the parking lot. When I told the staff, they didn't even seem phased by it, and explained that they don't leave the premises alone at night. City of Calgary pools have security on premises at all time and I feel much safer at them.

A very good place to go if you want to work out. The pool is deep and it has huge diving board up high. There is a place where you can run around and lift weights. There is a fun to where you can play badminton, basketball and other stuff. A little pricy but I would recommend it.

Wanted to speak to a manager, they only work normal business hours, you know when you're at work. Kept insisting that they call some one who can answer my concerns and was eventually asked to just leave. That's customer service, they don't want to deal with you if you have an issue.

Update to response: I have tried calling the Customer Service Team Coordinator (I was given his card), 3 times. Each time I got a voicemail, each time I left my number asking to be called back and each time I was ignored. Take my money, tell me to leave and ignore my calls...great business model.

Update: Took over a month, but someone finally contacted me and took care of my complaints. They've also promised to address the underlying issues that I had to make sure that no one else has to go through what I did. I've updated my review to average. Thanks.

It's one of the best recreational spaces in the city. It is pretty popular so it can get really crowded during peak hours but the pool areas are quite good along with the steam room (though the latter can get overcrowded). It's nice to see that a lot of athletic teams use the facility to practice, as I see it as a mark that it provides the best. On top of my wishlist would be a refurbishment or update of the locker and shower rooms.

It is one of the best gym's I have been. Pros: lots of equipment, great option for classes (boxing, zumba, boot camp, spin). Cons: classes get full really quick, can get busy during peak times. Staff is friendly, and so are people who come here.

I happily cancelled my spring and summer lessons, and went somewhere else, after they denied my husband's request of refund when he bought 10-pass card, specificly so he can run in the tracks while I do my lesson. He bought the card, went inside to find both tracks closed, went right back outside to request a refund. Not only did they say no, but when he asked to speak to a manager, was told the only thing they can do is ask him to leave!!! They gave him a customer service team coordinator business card. We have called several times, left voice mails, and got no response.
