Outcomes Based Service Delivery: Align and Thrive

Resiliency Initiatives is offering free info-sessions for organizations that are preparing for, and aligning with Outcome Based Service Delivery (OBSD) but need to better understand how to measure and report on the four outcome indicators. These sessions will allow participants to see a demonstration of our outcomes measurement protocols at work (its easy! ).

Resiliency Initiatives can help your organization Align and Thrive with OBSD by:

Providing a statistically sound and user-friendly assessment /evaluation protocol that is based on the National Outcome Matrix and our NOM report templates.
Incorporating existing evaluation tools and socio-demographic information that is unique to each program in order to decrease “over-testing” and have data available on-line and at any time to authorized personnel.
Training organization personnel in the strength-based principles of the Casework Practice Model (collaboration, engagement, child-focused, family-centered).
Enhancing capacity to evaluate and enhance program /organizational effectiveness.
