Restorative Hypnosis Calgary

I've always believed Hypnosis should be done 100% in person as it's such a powerful process, and sometimes involves intense emotions. Then one day I got a request for a distance session. It took me some time to feel into my intuition about it. I designed Restorative Hypnosis to be gentle, rooted in intention. Was it possible to support my clients through their session without being in the same room? I had to try. It worked beautifully! Hypnosis works with the mind, however I really find that my practice is elevated by my empathic nature. A strong understanding of how I connect with other people through emotions, feelings and energy helps me tap into my heart when I'm with a client. This happened just as naturally over the phone as it would have in person. I am happy to have more ways to serve my community. ❤

Back out in the world after taking exactly the time I needed to recover from illness. what I learned: Don't. Rush. your. Healing.
