We have some EXCITING NEWS to share! Sylvie Boisclair will be at our Studio to teach 2- Intro to Budokon Yoga Workshops. Each workshop is a 5-week program. This type of Yoga intertwines movements of Yoga with Martial Arts, dance and Tai Chi. It is a challenging yet invigorating practice and it is open to ALL LEVELS of practitioners! Our newly renovated movement studio is designed to house classes that allow you to grow in your wellness journey. Whether you are an intermediate yogi, an athlete, or just getting your feet wet with yoga and movement, this space is the place for you! Immerse yourself in classes at room temperature – your breath will surely warm you up! In our classes, we focus on what your body feels like in a posture, rather than... what it looks like. We offer a variety of classes: hatha, vinyasa, and yin which are suitable to all levels. Our class sizes are small (18 students max) to offer a great amount of one on one to help support you! We provide bolsters and blocks to support your practice. Our wood-like cork underlay flooring provides just enough cushion to help keep your practice safe and comfortable. Our teachers are well experienced, passionate about yoga whom make it their goal to get to know you each individually and deliver a sense of community. In the future, we will be offering classes and workshops designed to fit what you need for your mind, body and soul; classes that we can custom tailor to what we see needs a little more TLC from your treatments.
