We've purchased furniture from Revolve Furnishings several times over the years. To me, their approach is very different than other furniture stores I've gone to. For one, they seem to have a lot of inventory stock available locally, and I've been pleasantly surprised to find out that items we wanted were in stock and ready for delivery. I've also appreciated their in-store designers who have helped up pick the right furniture and fabrics to match the rest of our home decor. I feel like buying furniture from here is more like an experience rather than just "shopping".

Thank you Revolve furnishings for accompanying your Cross Iron Studio to our family for all our staging needs for Pocketz! Being surrounded by modern furniture I was in "furniture heaven" I wanted to take every piece home with me!

My husband and I recently purchased a kitchen table. When we put it together there were two noticeable manufacturer's defects; one on the table itself and one on the leaf. We sent pictures to our salesman, Brandon Koelle, and he referred our claim to management. Within 3 days we received a 30% discount on our purchase as there was no other table in stock or being made. We really like the table and were treated fairly. We won't hesitate to buy furniture there again.

My husband and I purchased our custom bed frame from Brandon Koelle in March and we were very pleased with the entire process. Brandon is personable, friendly and efficient. We went back to see him this weekend to purchase kitchen island stools and once again he did not disappoint! We left feeling very happy with our purchase and we are so excited to receive our new stools in a few weeks.

I had a problem with my Greenwich Dining Table from them that had a factory defect crack which became noticeable after 2 months of use. Customer service is prompt on responding to my emails and they decided to replace it. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Found a couch on line we loved, and Brandon was able to accomodate all our requests. was a seamless and smooth purchase, and the couch arrived in short order.Would order again!

My husband and I purchased a dinning room table from the Cross Iron Mills location (now moving to Edmonton) from Brandon Koelle and I gotta say, it was a great experience. We first purchased a table that didn't go with our decor at all and they let us exchange it without any fuss and spent lots of time with us to pick our new one and even brought over almost every chair in the store so we can find the perfect one to go with the table...and we did! It's good looking modern furniture and great customer service, would recommend it to anyone!

Great quality furniture. Only downside was the time it took to receive our order. Was supposed to take 1-2 weeks, but took closer to 12 weeks, however Desiree from Revolve Edmonton made things right to ensure we were happy at the end of day.

Promised us a table that we made clear we needed by certain date. They didn't deliver on the promise and lied about making that promise. Offered us a loner table but we would have to pay the delivery fee. Bad customer service.

I purchased a living room chair from them. I picked the same colour as the demo chair on the floor. The sales rep somehow ordered the wrong colour. It's been nothing short of frustrating to get any assistance to get the right colour chair. I've been bounced around 4 different employees for days. They've acknowledged they made the mistake but I am still unable to get the chair I purchased. Triple check your receipt before you leave the store. You might never get what you ordered.

Went in to their store at Cross Iron Mills with my husband and 3 kids. We wre looking around when their sales guy named Brandon came to say hi. After a brief conversation when I told him that I will come back at a later date as the store was closing he said yeah sure next time would be better and may be "I should come with little less children". My kids were very well behaved and not climbing on any furniture or running around. I have a 12, 10 and 5 year old boy and they were walking and admiring the furniture around with not even a finger laid on their stuff. When leaving I told the lady at the front desk, she said she is sorry and may be he was just joking.



Never going back to revolve ever again when their staff has no training in dealing with potential customer!!!

Very very poor customer service. They will not bother to call you that your furniture will be delayed by another 2 months, we ended up waiting for 4 months! And they will charge us for the 2nd delivery which is totally not acceptable since it was not our fault. You can't only sell with your good product, you need a good customer service and commitment that you can produce the product on a specified date. And please try to follow up with your customers!!

This is a review I really didn't want to write. Unfortunately, my experience with Revolve's delivery guys has completely and totally convinced me never to shop with them again.



I paid for delivery to my condo, and when the two delivery guys got there, the one lead guy became incredibly rude because he didn't want to use the loading dock (which is condo policy). He yelled at me, told me it wasn't his job to follow the policies of the condo, swore at me numerous times, and when he finally moved to the loading dock, he was rough with the furniture, wrecked the boxes, dragged the boxes through the snow, and walked past me, muttering under his breath "fat f**king bi*ch." He was so rude and aggressive through the whole thing that my condo security guard stayed with me almost the entire time to ensure that I was safe, and also told me that he was going to recommend to the building manager that Revolve be banned from delivering anything to our building. It was terrible and a traumatic experience for me.



As it happened on a Saturday, I couldn't speak with the delivery department, but I did speak to Nick, the manager at the Cross Iron store, who was apologetic and promised that he was forwarding my concerns to higher management. On Tuesday, I still had not heard from anyone regarding a resolution or a more official apology (All I really wanted was to have my delivery charge refunded and for someone to officially say they were sorry for the incredibly poor attitude), so I called and spoke to the delivery department. The guy I spoke to there was again apologetic, said he was going to go immediately to his supervisors, and would have someone return my call. It's now close to the end of the day on Wednesday, and still nothing.



The fact that Revolve clearly doesn't care that their delivery guy was so aggressive that I was concerned for my safety or that he flat out insulted a customer who, while definitely fat, is not a bitch, especially when people are providing a service that helps me immensely, has meant that I am no longer able to be a customer of this company, and I will do everything in my power to encourage my friends and social media followers to also avoid the company in all forms. Really disappointing, because the staff at the store was wonderful.

Ordered a custom made apartment size couch that took four months to come in. This couch was for our den, not a daily use couch at all. Within one and a half months, one of the cushions developed a large dip and has bowed out in front. Also, the fabric has large wrinkles and is all stretched on that cushion. The backs and other cushion are stretched and wrinkled as well. It looks like a five year old couch. When I brought this to their attention I received an email back saying there are no returns and no refunds and this matter is closed. They did not offer to fix it either. They said this is "normal". After two months? I think not. 1700.00 dollars down the drain for a defective piece of garbage and no customer service. Do not waste your money on this place.

I walk in store to buy a table and chairs for my nephew new married . So after all not realy good services by sales stuff we pick up the are goods table disaster not one parts straight .ok couple days later we change the table ok not good but ok we can live with it . After start and seting up chairs 2 of the chairs front legs missing so any one can tell me this store selling first quality or what ever they can bring from what ever . Any way not recoment to any one wont shop anymore

Everybody is nice till the sale. Me and my fiancé recently purchased a bed frame from here. It broke on our first night simply sleeping on it. When I went to revolve with the problem, not only did they do nothing to solve the issue, they accused me of wrong installation (see other reviews, I'm not the first in this situation). The bed has a very cheap wood middle support beam and cant take the weight and thus needs to support legs under it. These legs are so skinny that if the bed shifts even a millimeter the legs no longer are perpendicular to the ground and they snap under weight. When I brought this to their attention, they told me to make sure the bed didn't shift or move at all, not even a little, knowing full well we have the frame on a hardwood floor. When I said, you are making me treat this bed like a glass vase, kids are support to be able to jump on to their beds and the frame should hold (no kid actually jumped on this bed), please help me solve the issue with the bed, they replied with the following:



"Kids are NOT supposed to be able to jump on beds!!!!!! They are not meant to be pushed around and they are not even intended for sitting - they are meant for sleeping on. If you use your bed for anything other than sleeping it may indeed break but that will not be a manufacturer warranty issue."



The above reply was from Valerie who was assigned to our case. As you can see from this and other similar reviews, she is extremely rude and unsympathetic to your issues and no matter what, its your fault.



In the end, I fixed the bed myself with a 20$ metal middle support beam from ikea. I wish I had taken the reviews of this place more seriously.



if you buy a bed frame from Revolve Furnishings, you are buying a museum bed. No kids, no moving, and absolutely no sitting!
