Insane prescription prices. Filled a script here instead of Shoppers, and the exact drug (brand and all) was over double the price. Last time I shop here.

I would like to say how grateful I am to Rola. I had terrible signs of mosquito bites on my face and after using a treatment Rola suggested me I had noticeable improvement in my look just the next day. Thank you, Rola.

So the regular guy that works here is alright, but this relief pharmacist is a disaster. Kept calling repeatedly on Saturday morning and I swear they were just picking up the phone and dropping it. I had had a previous negative experience with this lady, and so this time she chose to ignore me completely and not even make eye contact. A completely unprofessional experience.

In a current economy where we only live budget cuts , i see 1-2 staff in any big store and it's not their fault..- I've been a long term customer at this pharmacy and had wonderful pleasant interactions.They're busy and sometimes you have to wait but then it's not any faster elsewhere !!

In a career choice that is a window between front line clinicals and the general public I would assume client care would be a primary mandate in providing assistance in health management. And customer service / over-all politeness is a part of this. I am unsure why pharmacist / pharmacist technician assistants don’t think that customer services is a part of their job. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of kindness and over-all pleasantries that this staff ever shows.
It very disappointing

Zero stars if I could. We have been going here because it's convenient but they have let us down consistently the past few visits and thankfully Shoppers Drug Mart has come to our rescue each of those times.

I was appalled by the way I was treated recently by the pharmacy manager. Yes, the MANAGER. I will never use this facility again, nor would I recommend it to anyone who enjoys human decency.
