Very bad customer service.... and very racist

I switched from Shoppers a few years ago and i couldn't be happier. They are fast, friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile to help. I couldn't be happier i switched. Rachel and Roman are the best!

Rod staff(Dark skin girl),Took long time to provide my meds however there were nobody else just me.Assistance pronounced my name kinda she did not like it and she was not sure about that meds side effects!! then i'd Google that.

I visit this drug store very often because I live very close by. Very bad customer service. The cashier Linda is horrible. She even refused to double bag for my 4 L jag milk.

The store screwed up my return and charged me extra money instead. So I had to go back to argue with the manager. She even blamed that's my fault. They never recognized my loyalty. I spent lots of money over the past few years. I am very disappointed.
