Went to this clinic to have an IUD inserted; my doctor referred me to Dr. Michelle Moss. She is an absolutely lovely person.

Within 6 weeks, the IUD 'fell out'. I called the reception panicking and they offered to make an appointment the following week. I declined and went in and saw the walk-in doctor the same day. He confirmed the IUD had started coming out and needed to be removed.

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Moss the following week; she confirmed that it was nothing I had done wrong and that the company would cover the cost of inserting a new one. I would first need to do bloodwork to rule out any possibility of pregnancy.

I never heard back and my calls were not returned afterwards.

I have dealt with reception numerous times in person and by phone. It has always been a pleasant experience.

Small and waits can be extensive. As well as can be difficult to maneuver within... but overall good staff.

Fast service. Medicenter is usually quite busy but wait times are not excessive.
