Extremely slow service. Had to ask repeatedly for coffee refills. Took 10+mins to get our bill after asking for it. Will not return

Waited 30 mins for breakfast...not busy at all...
Hashbrowns were mush and not crispy. Bacon was soft, limp and cold
Eggs were overcooked on bottom and jiggly on top.
Toast was warm bread and soggy

Part of my breakfast wasnt even cooked yet and was still coming (chirizo sausage)

They brought me a replacement very quickly...same thing

I would highly recommend going anywhere else for breakfast...eapecially when its $15.99 for aomething you could cook better at home.

Always positive.... Don't always have my size, but staff are helpful finding a location that does. I LOVE Ricki's!

Rickis Clothes are amazing, only store I really shop at. Customer service is awesome, I have never had an issue.
As for this location the set up is always clean and organized. The staff are always helpful and really nice.
