Riding the Keys Piano Studio is a private piano studio located in Sage Hill, Calgary. Lessons are private with group lessons incorporated throughout the year. The goal is to provide students with a broad based learning. Students not only learn to play piano, but to read and write music. Theory is an important aspect in lessons, as it provides the foundation of music. Composition is highly encouraged, creativity is always important! Each year students have the opportunity to participate in 2 recitals, sharing what they learned throughout the year and learning important performance skills. The studio also provides practicing and memorization incentives through a point and prize system.
