Ridley'S Cycle

I visited Ridley's a few times before finally deciding on and purchasing my bike here. All the staff were very helpful in showing me around and giving me advice which convinced me that this was the store to buy. As of now, I will recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike! I will update this review in the future on their after sales service.

Have been a customer of Ridley"s for many years. Have purchased 4 bikes and various other odds and sods, as well as various mechanical services from Ridley's.
Staff are knowable and always pleasant to deal with whether in retail sales or service. It's like going to that nice place.
I have every reason to recommend Ridley's to anyone needing anything in the cycling world.

They replaced my damaged wheel and tuned up my bike in 20 minutes and I had no appointment.

Amazing amazing. My girlfriend was looking for a bike. The team were very helpful not pushy at all. I bought a bike at another store for about the same price $2200 and my girlfriend got way more help, set up and info at Ridleys. The guys even let me bring in my bike and looked at my set up for free. Ridleys rocks and if I was to buy a bike again. I would not go anywhere else.

I want to give a huge shout out to the team at ridleys. Yesterday at 6pm my rear tire was stolen off my bike. I called them in a panic because i require my bike to get to work. They made it happen and got my bike fixed before they closed at 8pm. I can't recommend Ridleys enough! thanks guys!

Took my 16 year old bike in for new shifters, a new cassette and a performance tune-up and it came back on time, below cost expectation and as good as new. Highly recommended service. Great selection of bikes and gear and highly knowledgeable, friendly staff also!

Today I had a great bike fit session with Raf and Pat. They had great some great suggestions as to what I should do to optimize power and comfort on some of my longer days cycling. I'm riding across the country and Pat has done a similar trip and was giving me pointers as well as the best spots to scope out. All in all very knowledgeable and friendly staff with shop technicians that were very accommodating and willing to help when I needed it most.

They don't try and sell you something that you don't want!
It's usually cheaper to repair a bike than what it is to replace it especially for the higher end model of bike! Having been to another store and told "oh it's an older bike, we won't have parts for it" I know was bs!
Staff at Ridley's know their bikes!
