Riley & Mccormick Western Stores (Permanently Closed)

I have sent passengers here to get their clown outfits and you guys close at 6 during Stampede? Camman. Everyone else closes their YYC stores at 9. This is your every holiday. Milk it!

Staff are great with my purchase of boots last year and were super patient and encouraged me to come back if there are any issues with my boots. Last week I had asked their friendly staff regarding boot insole repairs as my $220 Tony Lamas leather insoles were curling up due to kettling of boots to make them snug. The staff insisted I could bring it in and get it fixed no problem. When I returned this week and spoke with the owner of the store, it was quite busy and I felt he was quite dismissive as he told me he ran out of glue, could not fix them and didn't know when he would receive glue next. I was under the impression that the new sales were much more important than taking care of such a minor issue, but I would have appreciated it if the staff did not waste my time in telling me it could be fixed, lugged it all the way from home, only to have the owner glance at them, and told me to go buy some rubber glue at Staples. I was disappointed and frustrated that I had purchased my boots here under the false pretense that after sales repair care was taken seriously, regardless of how busy they are. I will definitely look to purchase boots at another store since obviously half sale boot weeks are more important than loyal customers.
