This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They'll take your money then nothing happens and hard to get a hold of someone who will take responsibility

My business partner called to have our yard gate repaired, no one ever called back.

This past week I stopped in at riteway cause I was looking for Father's Day gift help for my husband. He's got a chainsaw and he hadn't been able to use it in over a year. I wasn't really sure what I was expecting but as soon as I walked in the guys at Riteway were super nice and helpful. Woman lost in a tool shed! But Eric was a great help. He explained that they could give my hubby's chainsaw a tune up and get it ready by Father's Day. I picked it up before the weekend! They helped me pick out a bar guard, new chain and Chain oil. I even got a hilarious tutorial on how the saw works and I left feeling like I learned something new. These guys were all really nice and helpful and I certainly appreciate how they went the extra mile to help me with making Father's Day special. Now I'm planning to go back there to purchase the kids chain saw! Thanks for the help guys. Great service. Kind and funny employees. Definitely coming back here

I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience buying anything from a company, ever. I ordered and paid many thousands of dollars for a large fencing system which turned out after months waiting, the material was never ordered. They would not return my money even after returning the merchandise, then states they will return only a portion of my money even though a moving truck was hired and paid for on my end to return their product. I'm still waiting for a refund, which I'm told "they're working on it", but it won't be returned in full. It's their 'policy'. This company and owner, who refused to speak to me and the receptionist continued to screen my calls and my messages went no where, and told, the owner receives too many emails therefore, I cannot have his email address. I would never recommend paying one cent to this place, the salesmen acts nice, but watch out when your product is paid but never delivered.

Fast quote via email. Ready when promised. Good service. Only complaint was not knowing where to go when I got there but they sorted me out pretty quick.

Guy came out for a quote. Waited a week and no quote. Called and left a message, and never heard back. It's been about a month and a half since he came out.
