Worst experience! Do not use these movers. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Quoted wrong- was told 2 weeks when actually it was 2 months! I have a 1 year old in an empty house waiting for our things for 2 months!! Moving our car was a nightmare and Sam nor Tarun had no idea of the process. Had to contract it out- I have emails from 3rd party contractor confirming she asked repeatedly for info from Tarun at Riteway and he ignored her and did not provide info to get my car moving. Which resulted in my having a huge rental car bill (paying for a rental for 2 months versus the 2 weeks I was quoted) and was reimbursed 200 from Riteway! A very small dent in my unexpected huge bill. Sam would not return phone calls or emails. Terrible customer service. They could not even tell me where my things where and had to contract my move out. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Riteway movers. Absolutely the WORST experience of my life by far!!

These guys will pile your boxes up on a windy day on a downhill slope. You will watch the pile of boxes fall over and then they try to hide the fact.
Items arrived damaged at the new house. They will hide the suitcase handle under the suitcase that they have just ripped off for starters. No integrity, no honesty and you will be fed lies. They offer you nothing in the way of compensation for what they have damaged as they go by the weight of an item. So my $400 7 month old suitcase is useless and he offers me $50..... This is also meant to cover the other stuff that is damaged, that probably occurred when all the boxes fell over. They damaged close to $2000 in property...computer chairs, suitcase, de-humidifier, plastic storage cases....the list goes on...
Eight months later and I still not have seen a cent. I even complained to Allied Shipping and nothing. They do not care about your personal belongings.
If you are moving junk, then let them do it...
