Bought first vehicle back in December. Bad right from the get go. Told the "refinance after making 6 payments on time by "roco". Then the 6 payments turned into 6 months. They lie on the refinance to get first time buyers into a vehicle with false hopes of an interest rate drop. 8 months later finally reach someone and am told I need to put $4000 down to do anything because my truck has so much negative equity. It had the wrong battery installed in it. Rattled the whole way home down Deerfoot. Truck leaked front differential oil the first month. Turns out the seals were installed backwards on a previous repair. First thaw the roof started pouring out water from leaking OnStar antenna due to the hail damage. amvic inspection said it needed a control arm repairs but was not repaired yet. That never got fixed. Went with someone else, no down payment, and got a newer vehicle with peace of mind. I highly recommend not going to there shady car dealerships

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I was looking for a car under $3000, as I was a student and couldn't spend a lot. They showed me a car for 2400, which I liked, and they told me the specifics before I put down a sizeable deposit. However, when I showed up to sign the paperwork I was rushed into signing and misled about the terms of the contract: I ended up paying nearly double the amount that I was assured would be the final amount. Not only that, but as soon as I took possession of the car I realized that although I'd been told it had gone to the shop and had every last detail fixed, the driver's side door didn't unlock from the outside, and the ignition was faulty (something they'd disguised by having the car unlocked and running when I test drove it). And now, not even 6 months after buying it, the car's clutch died - an extremely expensive repair that is conveniently the only thing not covered in their $1000 warranty that I didn't agree to pay for. I'm disgusted with the dishonesty and manipulation practiced by this company, and would advise everyone to look elsewhere for their auto needs.

The service in getting into a vehicle was good...hats off to the sevice people. Quite pleased with the vehicle financed to me.

Have been dealing with them since 2011. Overall, pleasant experience, however I've been trying to get my current vehicle refinanced at a lower rate since March 5 2017- it is now June 18 2017- they are incapable, or unwilling, to even reply to my requests for updates/information. Not sure why, but I suspect they'd rather get me into a newer vehicle at a high rate once again, than actually negotiate a better rate for me like they say they are willing to do in order to help you build better credit. It's unfortunate that my overall good experience has been soured by this.

If I hear another commercial from this place....... They advertise a lot. Advertising costs a lot. Who pays for the advertising? Customers. Think about that. They raise the price of their vehicles so they can advertise more. They have stupid high interest rates which hurt more people than helps. I have tried to buy from this location a couple times before and salesman won't talk to you unless you're ready to buy.

I see and hear so many bad things said that i had to put a review. I have had the absolute BEST MOST PERSONABLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I got my explorer from Roco. He has so helpful and patient. I am now working with Skyler to trade in for a newer vehicle. I have also dealt with Ann and Howard who are the most genuinely nice, understanding and helpful people. I originally got a vehicle years ago from a different "dealership" who took advantage of my being vehicle illiterate. So happy that I went to roadsport this time. Thank you so much for being the amazing group that you are!!!
