The staff was really helpful, but I had dropped off two rolls of film there and it took about three weeks to develop it which I’m fine with because there the only store that does black and white film. when I got them back all scanned they had left a ton of photos unscanned and they had scanned it really weird where it would only show half of the photo. So now I gotta get them rescanned at London Drugs which is a huge waste of money :( next time I’m just gonna get them developed then scan them at London Drugs. I purchased a camera from this company off of eBay for $1200 plus taxes. I used it for 7 months until it stopped working. A repair estimate from canon came back of $1100. I have asked Robinson camera for any help with this matter to which after sending in the repair estimate my emails went ignored. For $1200 plus taxes this camera should have lasted me a few years regardless of its used status. Staff clearly doesn't stand behind their products. Don't purchase anything from them if you want a quality product.

I try hard to purchase anything camera related from them. They always try hard to beat the best price of the competition. They are helpful and friendly.

Got my film developed here when I lived in Calgary. They always did a great job and were very fast - usually got a call letting me know it was done before the estimated date.

Very good place to buy a camera. I bought here my first mirror camera. They offer good discounts and some items, which are used, you can buy realy cheap. I got two great camera bags (they were like new) for only $15.

Good selection, good knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable, and about average for photo gear.

Friends needed some custom photography printing, and Robinson's was the go-to place for that. The work was done timely and well. I'm knocking down from 5 stars though since they don't deal with my favorite brand, which is Sony. Several other major brands but not Sony.
