At Rocky Mountain Flatbread we serve delicious house made dishes: handcrafted flatbread pizzas, daily pastas, seasonal salads and soups. And for all those pizza lovers who are wheat intolerant – we create extremely tasty gluten free pizzas! Our daily salads and soups are gluten free too!
The Banff Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. is a new concept for the company operating out of the food court in Cascade Shops in the Town of Banff. We offer a limited version of the full menu and cater to both eat-in and take-out service.

OMG great pizza, should be located up on the main drag instead of tucked away in the food court at the mall. Puts all of the "franchise" restaurants to shame. Thin crust and fresh ingredients - you won't be disappointed.
Love it. But tonight got a small pizza that was burnt. Still won't turn me away though. First burnt crust and I've had countless orders.

I love the Flatbread Co in Canmore and was therefore excited to try it out in Banff and I was not disappointed.
The service was great, the chef made my pizza right in front of me, the food was excellent and the pricing was very competitive especially when you consider the quality you are getting.
Having great quality local and organic ingredients delivered in such as tasty way in just 4-5 minutes is amazing. Much better than any other restaurant in the food court, plus you are supporting a local business with local owners.
A little gem of a restaurant just arrived in Banff and I would highly recommend checking it out.

Food and service was fantastic. We came when they were a little busy and the food was made from scratch quickly and perfectly. Quality fresh produce made for a delicious lunch. Wished we lived closer to eat here more regularly!
Best gluten free pizza in Banff, par baked pizzas make our family pizza night easy. Kids love the lemonade too

Absolutely delicious and well priced for organic. The staff were friendly and my order was done in a flash. I really like the fact that they use as much locally grown produce and meats as possible and the rest is still from in province. It's the best fast food I've had in Banff in a long, long time.
