That place is a joke. Walk in store no one approach me within 10 minutes and the place was empty. Finally gave me price on a bike I was interested in....theyve changed the price 3 times....go elsewhere!!! Cant believe they are still in business

Jason is an amazing Parts Manager who leads a great team of parts guy's over there. Adrian and Cole will hook you up with anything you need. A++

If it's parts, service or a new bike Rocky Honda is the best dealer in town hands down. Great customer service and top of the line products at a fair price. Always happy to do business with the whole team! keep up the great work!

Decided to leave a review after calling for parts and being put on hold. Gave up after 5 minutes of waiting. Thought twice, then looked at all the other reviews. Seems being put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time is nothing new. I'll take my 5 minutes (or however much longer I could have actually ended up on the phone waiting if I didn't give up) and use it to drive somewhere else for my parts.
Even if you ARE too busy to take a call, at least answer and take a number - then ACTUALLY call the customer back! Not even being acknowledged just leaves one with the impression that you're not interested in their business.

Jeremy and his team (Les) are fantastic to deal with. Their professionalism and acute attention to customer service is top drawer. I would highly recommend them!!

Bought my second bike from Mike at Rocky Honda in the spring. I have probably been in the store 10 times since for parts and service. As the saying goes....the bike is just the down payment. The guys on the parts counter are patient and very helpful for this old guy. The gals up front are very friendly when it's time to pay up. Special shout out to Nick in service....one of the best in a very tough job. The true measure of a company is how they handle things that don't go as planned(Stuff Happens). Rocky Mountain Honda delivers. Thanks Guys.

Really friendly staff who knew their stuff. Went in to order some parts and Adrian, a parts guy there had assisted me. Couldn't have had a better experience! Had great knowledge of all the things I had needed! Great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in the service door until I pulled out of the parking lot, Nick took the extra effort to make sure my every question and concern was answered. I am on a trip from Florida to Alaska and was fortunate to select Calgary to have my bike serviced. The Maintenance Tech, Alan, did a expert job. Nick designed a specific maintenance package for my bike based on the trip I am taking to make sure the Honda is properly maintained. If it wasn't 3000 miles from my home in Florida, I'd come here for all my Honda's maintenance.

Guys, I will tell you straight up; I have been at your store a number of times and not once did I get service. I purchased multiple bikes in the last few years (2013 s1000rr, 2014 RSV4, 2015 Panigale, 2016 Ninja 300 and a 2013 Triumph truxton) and never was I able to charm myself to a Repsol 1000 never mind being help to convince me. Your store is blend, passionless and un-inviting yet I still go back hoping at some point I will be tempted to add a (recent) Honda to my garage. With a terrible track record at getting me interested, I agree with some above comments where a simple call to service is just a waste of time; you just get put on hold till you hang up. That I need oil or coolant or tires, your shop is nearest for me yet I can't even be inform you would have it in stock. Although I may sound negative, I will still go and check it out every now and then but there is something missing in that shop. Something you can find in others... Just my 2 cents. At least when being beige, you are non offensive; you got that going.

4 years ago I purchased a 1998 Honda Valkyrie in beautiful condition but found out it had a flat spot (rough and stumbling) in between 1000-2000 rpm and couldn't figure it out I changed the spark plugs, air filter the simple DIY things the average person can do but didn't fix the problem. The challenge I have had in the past with another older Gold Wing I owned was to find a shop that was willing to work on a old bike some of them don't want to take on an old bike because of their mechanics not having experience with old bikes and the problem of getting parts etc. I used to take my Gold Wing to Blackfoot Motorcycle who had a mechanic that was familiar with older Gold Wings and did do some major work on it successfully but as I found out they were no longer selling Honda's and did not have the direct access to O.E.M. parts as they used too so I was left to start searching and found Rocky Mountain Honda a newer Honda dealership. When I rode my bike to their shop I was greeted by Jay (service advisor) and as I explained my problem he reassured me they could help me and directed me to one of his mechanics named "Devon" who was experienced with older Valkyries and greeted me with a very pleasant, enthusiastic attitude and as he explained what he would be looking for in the trouble shooting procedure I decided I might as well get him to do a complete service as I had just bought the bike and to advise me on everything that needed attention too and they did keep me informed and I'm glad I did as some of the things he noticed were serious when I got the bike back the problem was gone as Devon had found several vacuum leaks that were causing the stumbling problem bike was running great.

And since then over the last 4 seasons I have had Devon sync the carbs to make it run smoother across the entire power band did a great job bike ran even better, next season installed Metzler tires no issues love them had them on my Gold Wing got great life out of them. Now, it seams every time I put my bike away for the season it seams to give me a surprise for the new riding season as if to give me a heads up "Get This Fixed" which I guess is better than the alternative of giving me problems on the road we'll this spring was no exception but with multiple issues: (1) Leaking Anti Freeze
(2) Oil Leak coming from gear shifter
(3) Fuel leak coming from carburetors

This season I decided to take advantage of their trailer pick up service allowing me to get a head of the spring rush and I'm glad I did as it ended up in their shop for 3 weeks +/- a day or two waiting on parts and this time my service consulted was "Nick" who called me in and took me right to the mechanics bay where both Nick and Devon walked me through the entire findings he discovered and advised me that some of the parts required to rebuild the carbs etc. would have to come from directly from Honda in Asia as they were not stocked anywhere near and let me know that it may be in their shop for up to two months but as I already stated to my surprise they called me 3 weeks later telling me it was done earlier than expected and Devon had test driven it extensively and was running great and I have been riding it two weeks now and have rediscovered my Valkyrie all over again as it has never started so easy run so smooth no stumbling backfiring even when the bike is not completely warmed up and I start riding, no leaks what can I say it is running like a new bike I have never been happier with it and can't wait to hit the open road this season.

I decided to take the time to write this to let anyone with a Honda know that if you have a older bike that is worth it to you to keep in good shape and want to find a knowledgeable mechanic and staff that will treat you and your bike with respect these are the guys for me.

Happy and Safe Riding.

If you want to be treated like an uneducated 18 year old male with a criminal record, call and chat with the young lady receptionist and ask to book a test ride for a motorcycle. I was told that "a motorcycle is a want and not a need" and they "don't want to waste their salespersons valuable time with a customer that isn't 100% sure they will buy that motorcycle" no test riding it first without a deposit! We don't want people "joyriding" our motorcycles" Heaven forbid someone have fun on a motorcycle and find one that suits their riding NEEDS. What kind of stuck up, snobby, privileged business model is this!? I will go out of my way to shop for my Honda goods and services anywhere else but here. I also suggest a name change to "unfun Honda ... zero fun honda ... no smile zone ... unless you pay me, you no bike here" where we make your dreams come true ... with a $500 deposit.

3 days!!! I have called multiple times a day trying to speak with someone in service. Every time I am told he is caught up at the moment!! Left my number. Didn't get a call back. I was going to buy tires from them but now I am definitely not going to be. It's crazy that even three days later I am still trying to speak with them. But I am officially done. Everyone else there is cool and the staff are usually great. But man I am pissed about this elusive service guy
