It’s been just over 2 years that we’ve been enjoying our hot tub from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas and about time I’ve contributed a review. We’ve had hot tubs for many years, and our JetSetter is the first one we ever purchased from RMPS and I tell you, as long as we are living in an area they can service, we will never work with another company.

Our experience with Scott, Stan, Drew and the rest of the team has been seamless and delightful from the beginning. I did a lot of research before we chose our tub and clearly made the right decision. Scott is knowledgeable, honest and generous in sharing his time, tips and tricks. And that trickles down through the whole team. Right from the men who delivered it, their preferred electrician, and then their highly experienced educator, Drew, every interaction was professional, timely, informative, and fun. Up to this present time, whenever I go to the shop for products and/or filter cleaning etc, they never try to sell me things I don’t need, and I always leave there with a smile on my face because of our positive interactions. We have the salt water aspect to our hot tub, which equates to a delicious, relaxed, healthy and clean feeling every time we use it, which is often. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a beautiful, quality hot tub and a friendly, honest, joyful purchasing experience. These guys have created customers for life in us.

I am not sure where to start. I'll tell you though the staff at RMPS are incredible. We bought our hottub here about year ago and we love it. Starting from service to knowledge Scott and Phil are incredible. If your after a slat water system for a hottub RMPS is the place to buy it. Scott and Phil thank you so much for continuing to gives us service above and beyond.

Their strength found in Crystal clear communications and a desire to serve with an indomitable will. A wonderful company to work with, sharing quality and steadfast services equally to all their clients. We like the company and the products, while mostly we like their honest holistic panache.

Scott is just an amazing and honest guy. We had a great experience with him. He was very accommodating. He allowed us to test the hot tub in the store before buying. He followed through with his word through out the entire process. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. The hot tub we got was delivered timely and works perfectly. All in all a very positive experience and Scott was available to answer our questions at all times.

Scott from RMPS won our business from moment one when I contacted them by email looking for general information. The sales experience in the showroom was professional yet approachable and not stuffy, and Scott clearly knows his stuff and product line inside and out. We just finished our orientation at our home that Scott provided, which was very extensive and helped put us first time spa owners at ease.

One of the few businesses I've dealt with that truly did provide a flawless experience from start to finish... except its not finished as we will be dealing with RMPS for all our needs and advice moving forward. Definately use RMPS if you are serious about owning and enjoying a high end spa experience.

Scott and his team were very helpful through the process and were there to assist with after sales questions. Would recommend an e-commerce site to easily get chemicals order after purchase although they do offer in town delivery for their products, overall a positive experience and great quality spa.

Talk about Customer service! These guys must be best in town. Always telling you what exactly you need and not trying to sell stuff you don't need. Stan is awesome and knows this stuff real well. I haven't been maintaining my hot tub for a few months and it did not look good. After a few conversations with Stan, my hot tub ready for use. Thanks Stan and team Rocky Mountain. You guys rock!
