We visited Rococo Brides yesterday to shop for a wedding dress for my sister Randi's upcoming wedding. I am so happy that she found Rococo Brides. The shop is beautiful, tastefully decorated, elegant and manages to be both grand and intimate at the same time. The staff are exceptionally well informed and attentive and after visiting other shops I would recommend Rococo Brides above any other shop in Calgary for brides to be. The shop gives you that experience that every woman wants when she is searching for her perfect dress. From the floor length mirrors, glittering platforms and runway, the experience you get from the ladies at Rococo is exceptional from start to finish. My sister had a large group (seven of us) and we were all welcomed warmly and the accommodation shown to our group was greatly appreciated. The gowns are beautiful, of amazing quality, the selection is large, comes in a range of sizes and very reasonably priced. I work in customer service myself and the service we received was far beyond our expectations after other shops we had visited. My sister said yes to her dress! and the ending experience was such a lovely, classy surprise to finding her dress. If you want to be pampered by excellent, warm, knowledgeable staff, Rococo Brides is the only shop you will want to visit. We will be back again for any future dress searches and I will recommend the shop to any future brides to be who want that "from a movie" style accommodation on their search for the perfect dress. Rococo Brides is a very beautiful bridal salon. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Alexandra who was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I tried the first three dresses all picked by Alexandra and I liked all of them; however, we all loved the first one. There was some minor hiccups and misunderstandings which did alter our experience a touch BUT myself and my family were very impressed with how they dealt with it and with their customer service. The bridal salon is beautiful, dresses were beautiful, and Alexandra was great. Thank you for your time Rococo brides! I may be back for that first dress!

I said YES to the dress with Rococo Brides and I couldn't be happier! The staff at Rococo were absolutely amazing and accommodating they made the experience so easy and so much fun! The shop is beautiful, they have a wonderful selection but not so much that its overwhelming. It was the perfect place to start dress shopping. It was my first time trying on dresses and I didn't expect to make a purchase that day but the whole experience was just perfect and I am so glad we came to Rococo. I highly recommend Rococo Brides!

I just wanted to express my gratitude about my experience at Rococo Brides this past Monday. My consultant was beyond amazing and really listened to what I liked and disliked about the dresses and narrowed it down to my dream gown.



And almost equally as important, she made my mother feel special and involved in the process as well.

I cannot recommend the ladies enough! I found my dress on the first appointment .... it was nothing that I was actually going for at all, to make matters more stressful I was leaving Canada to return back to Australia and the dress needed to be in before I left to move back home .... the ladies were so patient as I FaceTimed my mum and sister while finding my dress! They went above and beyond, the dress arrived in time and was well protected to travel all the way back to Australia with me!

I absolutely loved my experience here!! The customer service from the staff and owner that I experienced was amazing & top notch!!! Everything was a dream come true from beginning to end. I definitely 100% recommend anyone who is panicking and beyond stressed out to go to Rococo Brides they are fabulous. The store is decorated beautifully and they have an amazing wedding gown selection. I found the dress of my dreams and felt so supported - so from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for everything Rococo Brides!!!

Finding a wedding dress was one of the more stressful parts of my wedding. I was looking for a specific designer which actually lead me to fly from Vancouver to Calgary just to try on dresses at rococo BRIDES! It was such a wonderful experience and they helped me find the dress of my dreams! They were so amazing and accommodating to help me get my dress all the way to Vancouver! I can't thank the lovely ladies of rococo enough!

Fantastic experience! Somehow by booking my appointment online it was rescheduled for a different date. Only realizing this once we had all driven all the way from Lethbridge, I phoned the salon and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. As soon as we arrived I was given the 5 star experience that every bride should receive - not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience for the unexpected appointment. Wonderfully attentive staff and amazing selection of high quality dresses. I loved everything about this place!
