Amazing service! Enida carefully explained my complex cell phone contract so that I could pick the phone and plan that would work best for me. She gave me efficient and accurate service; while also taking the time to transfer all of my old phones contents despite a growing line of customers. Wonderful service!

My mom is disabled and no longer able to use her smart phone on her current Rogers plan. Despite having the flip phone in stock that I wanted for her, apparently he won't sell it to me unless I sign up for a new plan.
I can understand using cell phones as incentive to sign up new customers, but now that I'm managing my mom's account, consider her and I lost business.
Net loss.
