they dont pick up their phones and in person their staff is rude

This evening we received exceptional customer service from Jesse and Chris.
We did not feel rushed as they took the time to explain things in detail and made sure to check our understanding. Very pleasant demeanour and the whole experience of choosing new phones and plan seemed painless.

This evening I went into rogers crowfoot, to update my three iPhones with my family. Jesse and Chris helped us out, and Jesse has helped us out before. I cannot express how sensational there service was and how patient they were. Jesse went out of his way to make us feel at home and made us feel like loved customers. If there is any place you are looking for a phone please go to Rogers Crowfoot and ask for Jesse or Chris, it was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I work in the customer service industry. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently visited this store to upgrade my phone. Upon entering I was greeted with smiles from two staff, one who was busy with a customer and the other just finishing. Both were helpful,knowledgeable and extremely patient when explaining my upgrade options. They showed me the models of phones that were available, reviewed my plan and assisted with the set up. I choose a different model than I had been using and was experiencing my own "technical" difficulties two days later. I visited the store again and was pleased to find the staff as helpful and accommodating as the day I purchased the phone. They were busy when I arrived so I paid attention to how the Customers were being served while I waited. The service was exceptional!
Thanks to the three sales Representatives that assisted me with my questions and purchase.I have no hesitation to recommend this location to my friends, and will definitely shop at Crowfoot Rogers Wireless again.

Very poor service. I was there to order a new phone. I was told that it will be shipped to the store in a few days and I can then go and pick it up. Nothing happened after a week. Called the store and was told that there is a backlog for the phone and it should arrive soon. Nothing happened after another week. Called again and this time was old that they do not even have a record of the order!!! and that I should call their central store in downtown and talk to them!!!

The manager of the site was helpfull. But their corprate wing from Downtown are posibly the worst i have worked with thus far.
