Neel Shah is really friendly, acknowledged, and pretty patient. He took his time to explain me the details of my coverage and the importance to have the umbrella coverage, etc.

The rates Rogers has are pretty good and I am saving money compared with my previous insurance company.

Having dealt with Misty Grant to get a new motorcycle policy in place, I'd recommend her, and Rogers in general, anytime. She saved me over $120/yr from my existing policy and took the time to check several different insurance companies to find me the best rate and the most discounts possible. She was friendly and prompt to respond to all of my questions, made sure to tailor my coverage to what I specifically needed and saved me a bundle - 20% lower than what I was paying previously. I would like to say our experience with Carla Edwards is one of the best Advisors I have had. She was always there to answer your questions and complete what I asked in a timely manner. When we went through our Fire experience in May 2016, she was there explaining our policy and assisting where ever she could. She always has gone above and beyond for us. I was very sad when the company took her away from us and shifted us to the sister company. I am sure that they are just as good, but I have built a professional relationship with Carla.
