I have to say It take a lot to impress me but this place is just amazing...this is the second time i took my car for service. the first time I was impress but the second time it was even better..came for an oil change and they offered me free tire rotation..offered me coffee and even put a bottle of water for me in my car ...every staff member is just amazing...they don't try to screw you and get more money from you...it seem like customer appreciation means more then $$$ to them...if this place was getting paid but satisfaction they would be wroth more then google and apple combined...you guys will have my business for a long time

Best dealership in the region of Edmonton. The staff is outstanding - they treat customers like members of their own team. Cory (salesman), Craig (sales manager), Vance (financial) and Jason (parts/sales manager) were always there to help - very enthusiastic & knowledgeable, courteous, polite, honest, respectful, and always ready to offer best options & service available. Wow! I CAN NOT believe how amazing this dealership is. The team here works so well together. They worked HARD to get my car financed on a long weekend when everyone was on Thanksgiving vacation. We thought I wouldn’t get my car for a week, but strings were pulled and people were called, I got my car the same day I walked in!
Not a pushy sales environment, I felt comfortable and treated with respect the entire time.
My car was cleaned, filled and warmed up on this chilly day.

The service technicians here (or mechanics) that work in the back and aren't typically seen are INCREDIBLE. They're friendly and take what they're doing seriously. Always courteous to be cleanly in your vehicle and baby it as if it were their own.

I can't recommend this place enough and strong urge anyone with a GMC, Buick, or Chevrolet to go to this fantastic establishment.

I have purchased all of parts here for the last year and let me tell you, it has been wonderful. This is one of the only places that they have a majority of ladies working on the parts counter which is always nice to see. They are really knowledgably about my car needs even when I am not quite sure. I absolutely think if you have a GM vehicle, or are looking for awesome AC Delco parts this is the place to go! Good job, and I will be back in the future! Talk to Spinelli on the parts counter, she is one awesome chick!

On Monday May 8th I traded in my Impala for a brand new 2017 GMC Terrain Nightfall. The transaction was smooth, Wes in sales is very easy going, no pushy sales. Curtis, Adam and Anthony in finance were also very easy going and great to deal with. They made sure the vehicle looked amazing when I showed up. All in all a good experience switching vehicles, been doing business here for past 4 years, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

We had what I would call the best vehicle purchase experience that I've had in my life and I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. The salesman was Shane Osepchuk who was totally professional, very helpful in the whole experience and at the same time not pushy. Based on our purchase experience, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Ron Hodgson again. I was also impressed with the quality of their used vehicle inventory. Great job Shane.

If I could choose no stars I would. This star goes to the only thing good with this establishment and that would be the salesman my husband and I dealt with in used vehicles (Shane). Other than that, I would not step foot in this place again. I was treated like a complete idiot by the Manager who tried to convince me that everything he was doing was to make amends with me and actually told me that I didn't appreciate it! Really? Do you think I'm that stupid? If I want to be talked to like I'm an idiot, I'll talk to my teenagers - that's a lie, they don't even talk to me like that! The entire episode was a farce and a complete waste of my time. I kept hearing "it's a family business". That's crazy! Because if my family treated me like that I wouldn't be speaking to them. I could go on and on, believe me but I'll leave it as follows - without mentioning any names - the epitome of slimy.

After reading so many negative reviews on their website, with no response from them, it's obvious that they don't really care what their customers think which is really too bad. Made me feel better to get it out though.
