Ron Jacobs - State Farm Insurance Agent

too expensive, very poor services! I do not recommend this broker for anyone!

Terrible experience switching brokers today they don't care about their customer Ron Jacobs especially please don't insure through this broker, you will regret it.

I called for a quote and spoke to Caleb. While I didn't receive the most economical quote, I thought Caleb was very knowledgeable about the details related to Uber driving and liability while pulling a utility trailer. He was very patient, and friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I would consider using this agency based on this experience.

Sent me to collections for 35.92 but didn't send me a letter saying I owed anything.. a year later... this company is a crook! And to try and screw up my credit... grow up...

I have been a long term client of this office and am always impressed with the knowledgeable staff and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers! I truly feel like a valued client and know my home, auto and life insurance are in the right hands. Ron is the best insurance Agent I have ever encountered and his priority of excellent customer service has been demonstrated time and again over the years

Wow... sold a truck almost a year ago, needless to say cancelled the insurance and got taken to collections for $106 without any sort of prior notice... and this is after almost 10 years with them! Also when they got bought out and the new underwriter would no longer insure my work truck I was not notified of this either and only found out by fluke when I called them on an unrelated matter so here I was 6 weeks on the road uninsured! State Farm have always been great to me but this office and the wonderful commercial manager lady... I'll just stop here. Called head office and they were fantastic, and assigned me a new broker. I advise you to avoid this office.

I have been with State Farm for quite a while (over 12 years) and I was pleased as much that I have never thought to choose another insurance provider although many have occurred in past 5 years with very tempting offers. This, however, came to a change.
Last year Mr Ronald wrote me a cheque of $70.00 in figures in $75.00 in letters. After I called him and asked to cancel this cheque and write a correct one he said that this is not possible and I should come into the office to sort it out. The head office from Toronto solved the situation at the end as I could not change his decision of me coming in - his office is way out of my regular travel routes, it would have taken a half a day to comply with his suggestion.
To add to the last year's trial, this year I received from him a letter (with my "birthday just about the corner" he writes) inviting me to purchase a life insurance that would provide my family with $150.000 in case of my death.
This Happy Birthday letter helped my to make a decision I should have had done last year. Farewell, dear Mr. Jacobs, I will try to find someone less aggressive in promotions and with more sensibility to human emotions and who would not send me a death reminder for my upcoming birthday.
