Rona

Terrible service. Ordered online for pickup and it took about 30 minutes just to get my toilet. Staff seems very unorganized. Had to go through 4 people just to get it! Would have been easier to just buy in store.... Ordered online for pickup with Home Depot and was in and out of the store under 5 minutes. I would stay away from ordering online with pickup from Rona.

The lady clerk I had today for a seasonal item already put away was amazing. It was like I was visiting a Totem Building of old. Good on them for exceptional service.

I'm sure they're nice people but I noticed their credit card services are done by Desjardins. If that bank is boycotting oilsands developments and pipelines, I'm boycotting them.

I am the manager at the Anytime Fitness across the road from Rona. We had huge problems with getting our vending machine into our facility, I went over to Rona to ask for help and with no hesitation a staff member drove over with a forklift to help. The staff and management at Rona is AMAZING! We are so thankful for this experience. Highly recommended!

They are always good if they don't know they find someone who does there great love shopping there

Pulled in to the Rona parking lot with our crew cab and flat deck (40') had to park at the end of the lot. 7 am so my husband went to grab us some Starbucks. guy pulled in to park and started yelling at my husband about it being private property. He continued to call bylaw enforcement and take photos of our truck. So I opened the door and told him we were coming to get a load of drywall but after he did that FORGET IT! What a dumb employee
