A great selection of roots items, great service for when you walk in the door. But beware returns or special requests as the manager there is a notorious.... We asked to price check an item since it went on sale the next day, and she refused to help us out since the debit receipt wasn't stapled to the receipt. We called the Chinook Mall location and they not only did the price check for us, but we all had a good laugh at our shared distaste of the manager. The cherry on top of this experience was the fact that the manager was the one who took the debit receipt off the day before - and she even remembered us!

Despite it's large size, there's not as much selection as the one in the Core Shopping Centre which is only a 10 minute walk away from this location.
