We met with many trainers who refused to deal with our German Shepherd, Zoja’s aggression towards other dogs and a dog “behaviourist” who used force to install fear in her. We decided to drive over 900 kilometres with Zoja to meet Rory and her pack at the sanctuary. This was such an incredible and positive experience for all of us. Rory is simply an amazing person, a miracle worker really, who has so much compassion towards animals and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to rehabilitation. She is a saviour to all animals in need as she will go out of her way to rescue them and give them the life that they rightfully deserve.

Rory made us understand that Zoja is not aggressive but unsure around other dogs and does not know how to be a dog. She helped us understand what we need to do in order to help our dog be a happy and well balanced girl. Rory socialized Zoja with many different dogs and some cats as well. The first time we saw our girl walking and interacting with other dogs we could not believe our eyes. A huge thanks to Rory and her pack for everything we thought could never be possible.

Thank you so much,

Erika, Katarina and of course Zoja

We found our sweet girl Meadow through Rory's rescue agency, Rocky Mountain Animal Rescue, The work that Rory does with dogs -- from the tough cases to more typical issues -- is amazing. She really knows how to make a pup blossom into the dog she was meant to be. Thanks, Rory!

Rory's connection with canines is unparalleled. Her compassion and patience is inviting to even the most timid and abused animals she handles. Watching her work with her own personal pack or brand new rescues is extremely educational to a fellow dog owner/lover. She has offered me helpful guidance and I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking for dog insight.

Rory introduced us to our new dog through the Rocky Mountain Animal Rescue in Canmore, AB. She was generous with tips for moving forward in our dog training process. From our brief visit there's no question in my mind that she is very knowledgeable and experienced with training dogs. Thanks Rory,

Rory has such wonderful insight into the issues that dogs and their people have. She can see in such a short time ways to correct a behaviour quickly and offers wonderful solutions. Thank you so much!

I contacted Rory to help me out with my dog Moss, who we rescued a few months ago. He was starting to get out of control when I left him alone - barking, and just general anxiety. I was unsure how to help him, and so reached out to Rory.

I implemented Rory's strategies as soon as we got off the phone, and the change in my dog was almost immediate. That night, I went to put him in his kennel for bed, and instead of having to drag him off the bed and repeat myself multiple times, he did as told immediately.

I was beginning to blame him for all his bad behaviours, but after talking with Rory it has become clear that the problem was not a bad dog, it was with me. He needs me to be a leader so he can know his place in the world and be calm.

I am looking forward to a future with Moss, where we both get to enjoy each other, and am thankful to Rory for helping me see that that is possible!

I contacted Rory as a last resort with my dog Charles. I was at the point where I was looking into re-homing him due to his dog aggression. Charles is a 4 year Shepherd Malamute mix rescue from the North. After talking with Rory I finally had hope in training Charles. Through the phone consult I was able to find the joy in training Charles and the proper tools and techniques. Rory has been a life saver! I can only imagine how effective an in person session would be! Thanks Rory!
