The worst experience I have ever had! Unbelievably rude staff, they ruined four items of my clothing and refused to admit it was their fault, and to cover the cost of the cleaning! Avoid!

I had a bit of an emergency - I needed my fiancee's pants cleaned before our destination wedding and we forgot to pick them up during the hours of operation- the owner made an exception for us and allowed me to pick them up on Sunday (going out of his way to meet me at the shop) . Exceptional customer service - and the pants look great :)

Overpriced. I took 3 pairs of jeans to get the button replaced and I got charged $32 dollars! She doesn't take credit card, cash only and she didn't have change.
She didn't even know where my pants were even though I had a receipt.
Terrible customer service. I'll never go back.
