The fact is work does take time; and I am sure, Ashleigh, that a standard two weeks should be good enough for most people. If you have special requirements on the labour of your piece, this will be accounted for at initiation. However, business changes constantly...timeliness is not a function, if channels are always up-to-date on availability and readiness. We would never get off the couch, in this case. Rowland and his experience in the business has a long tenure in Calgary, and follows through on requirements as they come due! To say that your needs were not met (now) in a timely fashion is to make "custom" demands- not "customer" demands...you hired for custom work, right? Plese leave your demands at the door and let the professionals customize your product.They will happily extend you their experience, integrity and craftmanship, as professionals do. Please try and be optimistic that your needs will be met within reasonable limits; according to your order.
