What can I say?! Exceptional above and beyond! I stated in a status that I wish I had brought my crocheting with me to help pass my time, and the next day there was a basket of yarn and hook for me and a wonderful note from the Executive Team here!

We recently were celebrating our friends wedding here! It was incredible. The staff the food the service was all just fantastic! The bar tender Chelsey was fast , funny and friendly and the icing on the cake was our suite! Most comfortable bed I ever slept in!

We had booked our ceremony and reception at the Royal Executive Hotel. We worked with Kelly, and she was amazing!
She had an answer for every questions we gave her, and was very quick on replying to our e-mails. She made the process of booking with the hotel virtually pain-free.
As well, the food at the dinner buffet was absolutely delicious. There was so much food that everyone was able to eat until they were full!
I highly reccommend this hotel for your next event...you will not be disappointed!
We celebrated my sisters 50th Birthday Party here. The service and the food were impeccable. The price was also reasonable. The room we rented "Silver Room" was the perfect size for the party.

Was there for the First time !! Very friendly and great desk staff, and proffesional. Breakfast was fantastic !! Love the people in the Hotel I have no comments. I can recommend this Hotel, good bed, clean rooms, interior is beautiful, next time I will stay there again They deserve 8 stars !!!!!

Just like customer service used to be everywhere, only this place still has it.
-Absolutely the BEST value in the city for a jacuzzi suite.
-Parking right by an entrance.
-Bottled water included in the room, as well as other little items that make a stay more comfortable.
-Clean and comfy as it should be.
-REAL Hot breakfast included with the room, buffet or menu.
-Excellent service in the restaurant.
-1pm late checkout!

Professional but personable. Adam and the team there are just fantastic. Jessica was just so helpful. It's the one hotel I stay in that I can say has the true dedication to the customer experience. Always clean. Always checking to see if I need anything. I cannot say enough good things about this particular property. Well done.
I highly recommend this hotel. I know I’ll be looking for this chain wherever I need to stay. I brought my French Bulldog and Boston Terrier here and when I arrived they gave me two bags for each dog. In the bag they had a letter from the hotel manager to my dog telling them where they can go to the washroom and to treat the room like home. Also, in the bag there was toys, treats and dog baggies. I was so impressed that they took that extra step for my pets. Great place to stay!
I have not stayed here. However in my crochet FB group someone recently has. She made a off handed comment on a FB ( tagging the hotel) post wishing she brought her crochet along. The very next day when returning from her class she walked into a precious basket with 3 choices of yarn ,crochet hook, scissors and a very kind note from the hotel staff. That is 5 plus � in my book. Well done!

Great experience but it is difficult for the people like me who are pure vegetarian to get veg food in hotel in Canada and USA . Please take care
Great atmosphere, excellent service by our server Hazel, and delicious food, fantastic variety, lots to choose from, go there hungry, come away stuffed for the day.
Excellent service I will recommend this place to everyone.
Even though we were very very tired and stressed from our travels, everyone at the hotel is extremely friendly and were able to put us in a better mood just with their attitudes. And this was at very late/early times of the day. Every time I spoke with staff on the phone or in person I was greeted with a positive helpful attitude. The decor of the hotel is gorgeous and the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable as well.
Very clean, comfortable rooms. Windows open allowing for fresh air. Chairs to sit in to relax and watch tv without having to be on the bed. Sunday brunch was amazing!
I was there for a lecture. I enjoyed it. The coffee was fresh, the staff was polite. The noise from the roof was to much :) The salad bar was great.
Great location! Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and beds were pretty good. Pillows were terrible though and had a sore neck every morning of our stay. Last time we were here they were renovating restaurant so was looking forward to the food. Food in the restaurant was okay but definitely will eat somewhere else next time. Staff in restaurant must have been new as they kept bringing other people’s food to our table like 3 times even though it was obvious we had all of our food.
