Royal Oak Nissan

We were disappointed with the contract process. We found that Royal Oak plays fast and loose with their numbers. They stated the price for the vehicle was "x" we would pay "y" after discounts and trade. When the official contract was presented it showed only the discounted rate less trade = y. We don't have the full cost for insurance purposes and they also put the administration fee of $497 as "Nitro" then proceeded to talk about nitrogen in the tires. This was very misleading; I am not a lawyer but may be in contravention of the Fair Trading Act since the administration fee was not properly disclosed. The overall experience was OK but I would think twice about going back there.

Bought our vehicle there a few days ago and the experience was great compared to the last time we purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Omar was awesome. He was helpful and listened to what we we were looking for, kept within our price point and wasn't pushy in any way. Everyone we dealt with has been friendly, patient and accommodating to our needs. Thank you to Omar (sales), Dan (finance), Emily (delivery), Brett and Rob (parts) for making this such a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

By far the best experience I've had at a dealership to date. The positive experience started right from when I stepped foot through the doors, the staff made sure I was taken care of and got paired up with a sales associate within a short period of time. It was great buying experience at Royal Oak Nissan. The sales team is very nice and help the customer in every possible way. Sam Ramadan is knowledge about the vehicle and explained every thing in detail. Sales Manager - Mo and Jayden are great. They understood my budget and made the deal the possible. Finance manager - Tyler was cool, he offered me better options on protection and price was better than out of market. Overall I would recommend Royal Oak Nissan for anyone looking for great deal on Rogue.

After my previous vehicle broke down, I was hoping to get into a new vehicle as soon as possible. My parents went to several dealers prior to Royal Oak Nissan. Once my parents met Vincent on Wednesday, he was the only one who understood our timeline and worked hard to get us all of the details I needed to make a decision. My parents test drove the 2017 Nissan Rogue S. Vincent knew that this was going to be my vehicle, so he insisted that I test drive it. So on Thursday, Vincent showed me the vehicle and I test drove the vehicle. Vincent didn't try to pressure us at all given our time line and he was able to provide us with a great price. I signed a 3 year lease on Thursday and I was able to get my new vehicle on Saturday. Thank you Vincent!
