Just got some amazing new bindings & glasses & top. First of all the customer service is outstanding ...I felt like I was buying from a friend. Ryan was extremely knowledgable and relaxed ..will definitely go back & refer to a friends! Yay thank you

The absolute place to go for any board related activities. It's not too often that you can find great customer service for every board sport, but here it's clear the employees genuinely care about the sports and the customers. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place, I love it!

Awesome store and while I haven't been in last year or this year yet(I'm going in to pick up a few things soon) they have always been top notch and the longboard clinics they hold are a great way to get more people learning and involved, plus you meet others with the same hobby. Overall awesome place and they always have everything I need

It felt like I was kinda 'looked down upon' because I'm not a skater. Furthermore there's not a lot of sizes and stock to choose from.

I just want to add that even though the experience wasn’t ideal, I still bought over 300$ worth of stuff when I was there and would have purchased more had some of the things been available in my size. I don’t remember the name of the guy I dealt with but I’m happy to hear that your open to serving all types of customers equally. I used to skate back in the days, but it was more of a phase than a lifetime thing for me. I’ve upgraded the ranking accordingly.

Royal is the Best... if you are looking for anything board sport related in Calgary or online, the staff is personable, friendly, reliable, informative and always willing to help. They will offer good prices on all products they carry as well as knowledge and tips for other products that might be related to what you are looking for... if they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it and get it for you because they are a people's shop. Expect to be treated good because everyone that comes into the shop is valued and appreciated and they want people to spread the stoke and enthusiasm... it's a lifestyle that this shop promotes and they live it.

Awesome board shop! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about equipment and gear no matter what level of boarding you're at. This is the only place I go to buy my stuff. What I like the most is that they are always having events, fundraisers and competitions for local shredders in the city which is awesome to see.

Royal is an awesome snowboard and skate shop. They carry great gear, but most of all the staff is excellent. Ryan, Steve, Cam, Graham and the rest of the team have all been super good whenever I have been to the store - friendly and helpful.

I moved from Ontario a couple years ago and found Royal Board Shop I won’t shop anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality service, advice, and gear. Thanks!
