Royce Ranch Foundation Quarter Horses

We are very surprised that these two beautiful girls are still available! Both yearling fillies. Both pack royal pedigrees. The grulla is by RR Dun It Classy out of our daughter of Lena’s Wright On ( smart little little) The mare is proven NRHA and NRCHA money earners top and bottom. This fillies pedigree is a must see! She is well built, gorgeous colour.
The other girl is by Hollywoods Lena Too and out of one of our NRHA mares - HCF Flying Miss who has NRHA earning in both open and Ltd open divisions. This little girl is very well put together. Very classy looking. Out of proven sire and dam who pack excellent proven performance pedigrees...

Working some of our 2 year olds yesterday. They did absolutely amazing. We will be posting updates and sale posts as they come along. Please inquire if you have any questions. Both of these are sired by RR Dun It Classy. The dunskin is a mare out of Poco Hollywood Miss- Line bred Poco Bueno. The Dun gelding is out of Pocos Lost Buckskin also line bred Poco Bueno with an outcross to Jessie James.

Got a wonderful update today with some great pictures of one of our horses doing his thing in the pasture with the cows. RR Pocos Blue Ace is a 97% Foundation, grulla gelding by our late stud Poco Mave and out of our mare RR Kiss Skedadle Rey. He is owned by Jennifer Werklund and her family. They also own RR Pokey Classy Gun - RR Dun It Classy X Skipa Pokey Gun. Both boys are wonderful ranch horses.Thank you for the update and pictures!

Typically the Foundation bred Quarter Horses are used for cattle work and for use in western disciplines- Ranch work, roping, reining, even barrels. The list goes on... Not typical is the use of them in English disciplines, tho not uncommon. Here are two geldings produced by us being used for jumping with their new owners. Demonstrating the true versatility within this breed. ❤️ So proud of them!

Offered for sale - RR Classy Poco Miss, 2017 dunskin mare. Five panel NN The trainability of these horses is absolutely amazing!! She’s just like her siblings so far. We absolutely love this girl. She is wonderful to work with. Beautiful mover, level headed, well built. Check out that hip! She is 94% Foundation bred. Her dam is a line bred Poco Bueno mare we brought up from TX. She is sired by RR Dun It Classy. Siblings to her are being used to work cattle, reining and are all around wonderful horses. She should mature to be 15.1hh or so. RR Dun Classy 2016 Dun gelding 94% Foundation bred. Excellent ranch/roping prospect! What a wonderful guy he is turning into. We’re very pleased with him so far. We’ve produced this cross for years and it never disappoints. Sired by RR Dun Classy and out of the mare Skipa Pokey Gun ( Skipper W & Peppy ) These horses are a dream to train and work. Extremely level headed, wiling and smart. Great, fun personalities.They have big motors but not hot. Great work ethic! They are so... easygoing, just like to work. They are big and stocky. This guy should mature to be 15.2-15.3hh he is very correct. Great colour with some flash. He is wonderful to catch. He leads nice and soft and responsive. Ties, loads, trims. Full siblings to this guy are roping, working cattle, ranch work, penning and sorting, barrels and all around family horses. This guys training will continue and be priced accordingly as we go. RR Joe Classy 9 year old Dun Gelding. ... Very well broke. AQHA and FQHR registered. He stands at 15.2hh and is a very well built stocky guy. Huge bone, very athletic. This guy is a sweetie. Willing, smart, easy going. Absolutely no vices. Amazing on the ground and under saddle. The only reason he is for sale is because he’s not being used. He is soft and responsive to the rider. Been used around the farm, trail riding, arena work, rode in the bush and river hills. Gone through water/ mud and creek crossings. Had just over 2 months professional training as a 4 year old. Was worked a bit with a rope dragging barrels and poles... He is very responsive to leg cues as I had plans for ranch roping with him. Please Pm for info, pictures and videos.

One of our Poco Mave daughters finally foaled. Gave us a beautiful jet black colt! This little one is very well built. Very pleased with this foal from first time mom RR Pocos Grande Girl! This foal is by Hollywoods Lena Too. 98/99% Foundation bred.

I start and train horses for a living with Rafter RR Performance Horses, and they have the most willing and trainable minds and I have ever encountered. The level of intelligence and desire to please is something you don't find often and I very much believe that the thought and care that goes into the foundation breeding at Royce Ranch has a lot to do with it. I would definitely not hesitate to refer someone there and will be shopping there for my next prospect as well.

Bullwhips cracking and all sorts of new experiences- didn't phase him. Gotta say I am proud of this guy. Great mind and miles of try, he's got what it takes, thats what good breeding does.
