Great overall experience. I called on a Friday and got an appointment the next Thursday. They were patient with me driving home to meet them on site and they were in an out in less than 10 minutes. Kyle and his partner were amazing. Moved my 800 lb upright with ease. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Treated my piano with delicacy, buy also ensure no damages to the homes and floors. Definitely highly recommend. They charge a flat rate, which is wonderful (unlike the other companies that quoted me a range of fees and I wouldn't know what the total cost would be till the end.)
