My first time getting acrylics in a salon. It all seemed very rushed. I was extremely disappointed. The polish was clumpy and uneven, and the nail shape was inconsistent and unpleasant to look at. Paid over $60, I could have done a better job at home for less than $20. Very expensive considering the quality of the work.

I love Ruby's Nails, and have been going there for about 3 - 4 years now. Usually, the nail polish will stay on for almost a month, however this last time (in March 2017) there was no evidence of there ever being a manicure and a pedicure after less than 4 days. I am really disappointed, and hope that the quality isn't getting worse.

Best nail experience ever.
Visiting from Ottawa and never have I been to a place with such attention to detail and pride in their work.
The place was full of laughter and friendly faces.

Next time I'm in town I will be sure to go back

I love Ruby's I won't go to any other place!

When we first arrived the person doing my nails was nice and taking their time. However within five minutes they got up to get their cell phone, proceeded to text during my appointment and was extremely rushed. They we're quite rude and did not listen to my requests. They filled my nails down to fair and my nails still hurt two days later. I will never ever go back to this awful place.
