I am new to running and heard that the running room analyzes your foot and how you walk/run to help you pick shoes that are best for you and how you move. I didn't know where to start in choosing a shoe so decided I wanted to go to the running room for some guidance. A friend of mine recommended this location in particular because of their great customer service and I was not disappointed. The guy that was helping me tonight was very knowledgable. He looked at my foot and the way I walked etc and picked out some shoes for me based on that. He gave me plenty of options and allowed me to try on a lot of shoes without making me feel like I was burdening him whatsoever. He told me some key things to look for when trying on different shoes and that helped me narrow it down a lot more easily and confidently. I am super happy, it's hard to find good customer service these days and what I experienced tonight was definitely above and beyond!
