Delivered 37 trays to the Red Deer Canada Winter Games office for the medals to be carried on during the medal presentation ceremonies. I've been asked not to post pictures of them until the Winter Games kick off. Keep posted so see these trays 🤗 What an honour for Garry and I 😀
Just finished the last stencil on the 37th tray for the Canada Winter Games 🤗 I will post pictures just before the games start.
The beginning of December we were contacted by the Canada Winter Games medal committee and we were asked if we could supply them with 45 trays with the Winter Games logo on them. These trays will carry the gold, silver and bronze medals at the medal presentation ceremonies. What an honour for us! So we are busy in the shop this January. 🤗

Just got home from our 2nd and last tray/stand delivery to Calgary. The last 20 or more orders in the shop are all for local (Red Deer and surrounding area) customers. Hoping to wrap things up by the 14th. Going to lock up the shop and not set foot in there till after the new year. 🤗 Merry Christmas everyone 🎄
At the CFR trade show we had some tri coloured 3 plank standard sized trays (22"x16") A couple bought one and asked us if we could custom build a sofa table in the tri coloured to match. This sofa table is 38" long and stands 28 3/4" off the floor. This turned out so good , love it!
As of yesterday we have had to turn down orders coming in. We’ve got as many as we can handle to get finished by the 15th. We’ve had an incredible year and it’s only going to get busier I’m 2019. We are looking at doing 6 big trade shows next year and stepping away from Saturday farmers markets, but we will keep you all posted as to where we will be. Merry Christmas from us to you 🎄
For those of you that don't want a stencil on a tray this is a beautiful rich stain called Kona. We use this stain colour on the trim on trays and the folding legs/stands but it's beautiful as a solid colour for trays.

We have been working so hard getting trays and stands done for the the large amount of Christmas orders. We just got home from a big delivery to Edmonton and Garry and I were talking about how it can be such a grind in the shop day after day but the fun part is delivering the orders and how happy people are when they see the finished product. We've met such great people. Two very big deliveries to Calgary November 21st the Dec 8th and a Christmas show in Banff November 22-25 then time to decorate for Christmas and enjoy the season. 🎄

What a fantastic week we had at the Canadian Finals Rodeo trade show. The one thing we heard over and over is how friendly this city is. Way to go Red Deer!! 🤗
So this was our last big day in the shop getting trays and stands made for the Canadian Finals Rodeo. We set up tomorrow and the Rodeo and trade show starts Tuesday October 30th until Sunday November 4th. Stop by our booth.
