Rustic River Resort

Rustic River will have an xmas/new years event on the 29th of December for current long term lease and seasonal lot owners. We also invite anyone interested in a seasonal or long term lot at Rustic to come out for the event, please rsvp to info@rusticriver.ca
The event will start at 1 pm on the 29th and will be centralized at our group kitchen 1. The kitchen will be heated and have fires going throughout the day and evening. There will be washrooms open for the event.
We wil...l have a variety of kids/family events during the day/evening such as sleigh slides, bon fires, snow shoeing, skating, marshmallow/hot dog roasts etc. Rustic will provide hot dogs and marshmallows for the kids. Adults bring your own snacks. Supper will be potluck, please contact Suzane if you do not have a link for the potluck google sheets list.
The event will double as an Open House for any interested families that want to see or know more about our Rustic River development and growing community. Open house attendees and or people wanting more information should rsvp to or contact us at info@rusticriver.ca

We would like to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you to all of you who came out and joined us for our annual potluck . The food was amazing and the company was great. Thank you to all you campers who came out to spend some time with us this Summer. We can't wait to welcome new families to Rustic River . Who is camping today ? Make sure you keep your doggies cozy. If you are at Rustic today come say hi to us at the kitchen by the playground.

Wow! I am beyond impressed with this little hidden gem of a campground. We booked group site 4 to host our good friends stag/stagette weekend. Through the whole booking process, Suzane and Brian were amazing and eager to deliver on every wish I had. They made this planning process so easy and stress free.



Upon arrival, my husband and I couldn't believe how well kept the grounds were. It is one of the nicest campgrounds we've been to in a while, and we can ALOT! Our site was very heavily wooded, well secluded and the ground was nice and level.



On top of all that, I pre-ordered a cord of wood. They said they would deliver it shortly after we arrived. To my surprise a huge dump truck showed up with an extremely large load of wood for us! I was shocked the whole thing was ours. Not the usually cord of wood you would expect.



Thank you so much to the staff for helping make this the absolute best weekend for the bride and groom. I'm sure they will be back to camp with you again, and we absolutely WILL be back again soon!

The owners at this place are 10 star ! Susan is a rare gem that really cares about people she was amazing going above and beyond for my birthday. She made me a cake and threw me a little party was amazing. Bathrooms were always clean and staff is super friendly. Deffinettly will be back.

The long weekend went past way too fast.This resort deserves more than a 5 star.The staff and campers were so friendly.The place was so clean and quiet at night.The pond and park area were fantastic for kids.The dogs loved the walk to river to cool down.For being the first year opened they rocked it!! Cannot wait for our next adventure to alberta.They even televised the sask riders football game for us Saskatchewan folks and a free pancake breakfast sunday.

Full power and water hook ups, plus onsite restrooms complete with showers. They have a convenience store, and liquor store on site, a pond for the kids to swim in and a large park. There is beach volleyballl, horse shoes and an assortment of rental available for rafting, biking etc. On saturday nights the owners host a social in one of the big party tents where you can pre-order you dinner for the evening. Other things we love about Rustic River are that it is right on the river for boating or playing in the water on a hot day with the dogs. It is UTV, ATV, and dog friendly which is also a huge thing for us. On the Canada day weekend they did up an amazing fireworks display that everyone loved!

My bf & I rented there last year & it was awesome! Can't wait to bring the trailer & kids this time around.

Loved our visit at Rustic!! We hope to become a seasonal camper with them one year when the time is right. Amazing owners. So friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again and enjoy more of the campground and join in on your social event. Thanks for a great weekend!

Loved it!! Now keep in mind that it's BRAND new only open since May so the sites need a little more work such as a little more gravel but we were hardly ever at our site!! The playground is the hub of the campground where you will find just about every kid from the campground ! The dug out is wonderful as well! Just remember to bring a life jacket as it's deep!! Can't wait for next year to hear if the rumours are true for the next addition to the park!! We will be back for sure!!!

Great place to go camping with beautiful views of the river. They have everything you could possibly need from a campground. Very nicely kept as well. The staff are great especially the young gal from the shop who was there to answer every single question and need I ever had. She showed great professionalism and was incredibly kind and patient with great work ethic and customer service. Overall an absolutely incredible experience.

Great campground and friendly and helpful staff. The river float was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend it!

As a lot holder since the campground opened last year, I can assure you’ll have a great time. The resort is family friendly, well constructed and true to its “rustic” theme which is rare in an rv ground. Safety rules are enforced which is great for us families with children, however there isn’t unnecessary rules like other campgrounds which gives Rustic River it’s laid back, crown land feel. Always a good time on the “beach” at the pond!

5 starts is not enough to give this little piece of paradise! The staff was amazing Susan and her family really went above and beyond to help make my daughter's first camping trip special, not to mention the wonderful fireworks for Canada day way better then staying in town. We cannot wait to come back and camp again. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff ���

It's a good site, just wish they'd put on their page to bring extra power cord and water hose or bring really long ones, cause the hook ups are at the front of the sites not the back where your hook ups are on your trailer. I know they are a new site so they could do upgrades!
