The women who work at the server desk are the rudest people I have ever met. I wish my company didn't use Ryder trucks
Mechanics lack basic knowledge.
Over all a very frustrating place.
Do not come here unless you absolutely must!!!!

Truck i was given had a off set steering wheel, month to month, year to year i never deal with the same people, the truck shakes, the clutch needs adjustment, the engine was derated to the lowest HP to maximize ryders km with the engine, the drivers controls are falling apart, there is not even an engine oil temp sensor, but if you look at the outside the headlights are new and the paint in fresh...

This should be your absolute last resort if you need a truck and cant wait a couple of days until someone else one available

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Picked up one truck in edm, they told us the truck was clean and detailed. WRONG!!!....Upon picking it up, the truck was absolutely disgustingly filthy inside and out. I had to spend and entire afternoon cleaning the inside of it myself just to make it tolerable. Then made ONE trip to Calgary and the starter motor quite. Ryder in Calgary replaced it with another truck, but same thing, disgustingly filthy inside and out..... when I picked up the second truck, I tried to talk to the staff because there was damage to the interior and the wiper blades were completely worn out but the guy just sluft me off the and rudely said he could not deal with me because he had on other truck in the shop broken down..... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Great guys running the rental desk, great service. Pretty fast pickup other than the occasional small line up in the morning. Offered coffee and a warm place to sit before they were open in the am. Trucks are very reliable. Roadside assistance is pretty quick. A great place to start a long day. They even stayed late for us to get a truck after hours once. We've been a consistent and happy client for about a year. Nothing bad to say.
