S2 Bride

The staff were unhelpful with picking out gowns and ignored the importance of asking for a price point. The selection was very small and had very little variety. We weren't told that all the dresses on the the entire left side of the store were all discontinued, until the end of the appointment and didn't get told that they were sold as is. They also weren't organized by size or price point. Very disappointing experience. We walked in and out in less than 15 minutes because there was just nothing we would have even considered buying based on the service.

My friend made a reservation for us to try dresses and when we went there they weren't open? No one called us to reschedule no one answered the phone or tried contacting us to see why we haven't showed up? Definitely won't recommend this place to my girlfriends who are getting married and they Lost potential business for that mistake.

Don't let the location fool you. This store has a lot of amazing dresses. They are high quality. The dresses are easy to see not all bunched together like other shops so you can't see them. The shop is very professional.
Lisa was amazing. She was patient and offered suggestions when asked but otherwise let us decide what we liked. She was able to fit the dresses to make them look amazing. Best bridal experience!

Poor customer service, the girl working seemed bored and not willing to help. I was told I should stick to a certain style of dress because of my size (I'm tall and a size 10/12, not a 22). Left and ended up buying my dress from Ethos, which had a much better selection, friendly staff and were more than happy to work with my 'size' and unlimited budget.

This store is amazingly beautiful. Nice structure inside, really glam and modern!you would definitely feel the high-end vibe. I was actually encouraged by a friend to check this store for high-end wedding gowns and I must say they've got nice dresses! I've been here thrice for different occassions and it's suprising that their long time consultant- Katelyn is gone. (Too bad as they lost a good consultant- who has a serious eye for fashion) Nevertheless, I am happy to see Jayne is still there and felt relieved! She's one consultant who'd focus on helping you determine what style would look best on you and not just merely looking at you while you try on dresses. I did get to experience all different kinds of customer service from several bridal stores in town, that includes the very nonsense chatty rep to a highly credible and fashion forward type of advising! I'd give 2 thumbs up for Jayne as she is a very credible rep so I suggest if you're down to some serious bridal consultation, look for her so you get the best customer service! BUT, always remember to book for appointments in advance as they seldom accept walk ins. overall, I suggest this store to all brides who love high-end couture stuff !
