Breathwork is a self healing method using the breath, music, sound, and the presence of a facilitator to give the client a Sacred Connection to Self.

When I discovered Breathwork I knew right away that this was the way of the future. Being a mental health Therapist for 20 years, I knew that Talk therapy could only go so far. The breath knows so much more than the mind, it has helped many integrate unresolved emotions and trauma, without having to say a word.
