Overall a good transit facility, but it gets terribly cold in winter and the facility is not designed to keep people warm. I have seen people with babies struggling to find a warm resting place to wait for the next bus which usually takes 15 to 30 minutes most days. People would appreciate if the structure is updated to at least have one fully covered and heated waiting area for elderly and children.

Police officer was the rudest one I have never seen. Even didn't listen to my report. If you have any issue, going there is totally wasting time.

The station has a lot of buses but more often buses are delayed. But so convenient coz there are stores nearby.
