Safe Haven Counselling is designed to be a safe, gentle and accessible approach to personal growth and exploration.

Safe Haven Counselling is a place where you can heal, grow and feel supported while making positive changes in your life. I work primarily with youth, adults and families to address issues related to family conflict, abuse, trauma and mental health related concerns.
I have a Master in Counselling Psychology and am a Certified Canadian Counsellor.
