Safeway Pharmacy

Customer service has never been strong. We have since pulled over $4000 dollars of prescriptions and transferred to a more local pharmacy since they no longer do air miles. Would rather go to a place that has stock and service then here.

Took my prescription in. Told it would take 45 minutes. Came back and was told they didn't have one medication which is very popular, odd and the other medication's supply was expired so nothing and a 45 minute wait. Most of the staff are helpful, but something is wrong there.

Got a call informing me pills will be ready for pickup the Sunday night, came on Wednesday. They weren't ready. Told to wait 20 minutes to have them ready, waited 30 minutes and asked if they were ready, they weren't. Was sitting to the side, they were standing there with their hands on the counter talking amongst each other. They proceeded to fill a bunch of other orders for pickup when the people weren't there or waiting. When they were ready, the order was wrong and they didn't have the required mg. Terrible service.
