I went to see Amanda regarding problems with my hips/lower back and knees being very tight. Amanda went to work and in one session I've had a significant improvement. The tightness was causing pain on a daily basis and that is now gone. More work to be done but a great first step.

I have had many massages in my life and can confidently say that Corey Darling is the best! He is so attentive to what you need and educates you a little as he does certain techniques. He does cupping which was new to me but I absolutely loved it. I am so happy to have found the perfect masseuse right here in Cochrane!

Yesterday I tried the Micro-needling which is a different treatment than the Pixel and has less downtime. Again completely blown away by the results and I do believe these two treatments complement each other. Thanks Alicia! your the BEST!

I gave Zoe a big challenge of "I need to look 10 years younger" and she NAILED IT! My facial was amazing I feel and look so refreshed! Also pick up my new "face wash program" (my words lol) the products are so simple to use and luxurious! Next Going back for some new makeup! Also did some spot removal in the summer time...I honestly hugged Zoe and cried I was so happy to have those ugly sun spots removed! Absolutely recommend this spa!!
