The weather is playing ball for deck building.
I'm offering winter season reduced rates!
Get in before the rush and be enjoying your new deck before the heat hits!
My client here fell victim to a cowboy builder before calling me. The deck had to be completely ripped out and rebuilt. Needless to say, it turned out beautiful. Farn is skirting the deck and stairs himself. He also lay the inside boards. I did the framing, border, stairs and rail. Go team!
Things are slow with a fractured ankle but I'm still building. Here's a nice brown treated deck I threw together last week.
Even with a broken ankle, I managed to get it finished. Thanks Bee for being so patient on this matter. Final product looks great. Thanks to Veronica for getting the last paint layer on and carrying the glass!
Tongue and groove cedar fence with random shelving. Light's still to be mounted on top profile board and facing down. Postponed for now though.
Making quick work of this balcony. Day 1 finished with half the floor down.
Although I built the fence, points go to home owner David Fairbank for an exceptional deck job. Great client, great job. Couldn't ask for a better customer.
When the stars align. Perfect post make for a perfect fence.
A gate for the lovely Caralee.
Just the trim work left to do on this lovely wee cedar deck. It's always super cool to build around a tree!
Would have finished if Home Rail hadn't shorted me 2 posts. Oh well. Tuesday for the finish!
All done!
Well my back injury has slowed me down a little but I'm still getting stuff done. Should finish this today.
Framing swiftly underway. Azek is going down tomorrow.
Hey all! Due to injury I won't have any updates this week so I'd like to remind you all not to have fire pits on deck. I know for some it may seem obvious but a few too many drinks can lead to poor choices. Thankfully the damage here is minimal. Enjoy your decks and stay safe.
Got er decked! Next week the bbq stall and planter are built!
This large deck took a little time to frame but I'm now sitting waiting on Rona to deliver (they're already late as usual) Red Deer needs a Timber Town #needsmust
Cedar with aluminum baluster has such a good look. Especially if a lighter cedar is used for the fillets as seen here.
