It all began close to 40 years ago when the young president Bruno Salvalaggio, knocked down his mother's inner-city Edmonton home and built her a new one. After pursuing an education in business, Bruno, along with his brother George formed Salvi Homes in 1975. A few years later the brothers were joined by their sibling Peter. With their unbridled determination it didn't take long for the brothers to be distinguished as one of Edmonton's premier home builders. Fast forward a couple decades later and Rob and Michael Salvalaggio have joined the team as well.
Throughout this time, our quintessential yardstick has been our customers. We are not flawless, yet we can stand testament to some top industry statistics. We have enjoyed a large number of repeat buyers; almost 27% . This contrasts to a suggested market average of around 8% . 84% of recent survey respondents felt they received good value in their home and 88% said they would recommend us to family or friends.
Nearly 2000 homes later we are proud of our legacy, defined by stability, trust and integrity and strive to continue building upon it.
