This store actually deserves negative stars, but '1' is as low as you can give these dirt bags. Worst customer service I have ever received. We bought a very expensive camera from this store. When we got home to start using the camera, one of the lenses fell apart. We returned the next day and were told there was nothing they could do. We expressed our concern with being a young family and having just spent $3000 on the camera package. They just stared at us. When we told them we were not happy and wouldn't be shopping here again, their response was literally, "We have enough costumers, we don't need you". I lodged a complaint with their head office and got a very insincere apology, and was left with a broken $800 lens. WORST STORE AND EMPLOYEES EVER!

I was looking for a very specific light stand and I had been to Vistek and The Camera store and neither of them had this one light stand I needed. Well The Camera Store had a floor model and wouldn't sell it to me....So annoying. Saneal also had only a floor model and they did sell it to me and I am a happy boy! Thanks so much!

Got a great camera here and love it. Suggest going here if you're going to be buying a camera.

Carefully about their return policy. I bought a camera there once that was faulty out of the box. When I went back two days later they wouldn't exchange it and said they had to send it to Nikon for warranty repair and I would have to wait 6 weeks to get it back!!!
Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, didn't even feel like the manager wanted me in the store, definitely go to the market mall location, the camera store or vistek. Better experience and prices for sure

I've found the staff here to be friendly, although they definitely try and upsell, as most salespeople tend to do. But they still sell film which is cool and have a better selection of it than London drugs or walmart.

staff are pretty much apathetic, and not helpful. i bought a lens there a while back, only because my regular shop didn't have it in stock.

Don't get bitten by there terrible return policy.
