Saneal Cameras is a good place to shop. Very good stuff except the manager.

They seem more concerned with their possible commission on sales rather than providing service.

We went to southcenter and purchase a DSL Camera and their staff said they have the best prices in town even to Costco, then we found price at Cisco was cheaper and went back to them to get price match warranty as their staff told us and they refused. They won't accept return at all only exchange. It is a competitive market and all other store give you at least 14 days to return as long as you never use the item. I would understand if they scare people would used it then return them but within few days plus their is factory warranty on them what would probably go wrong. I am so disappointed, would not return here. Store policy should work to protect buys and store not just benefit for store alone.

Employee ordered in the wrong lens for my camera since it was out of stock and it didn't fit when I went to pick it up (I know I gave them the correct model of camera and I know the product that I wanted) then wouldn't let me return the product as per their ridiculous return policy. The order itself took forever to come in and it apparently sat there for over a week and no one bothered to call until I called in to check the status after a while. Unfortunately, I won't be returning even though I had good experiences previously, especially at Market Mall. All my business will go to The Camera Store and online shops.

This is a place with true customer service. If you need camera gear these guys know their stuff. It is great when spending over $500 on any product to get someone who knows what they are actually selling. Also good for advice even if you are not buying that day.

I walked in today to buy a Canon G7 X Mk.II. The first thing we noticed when we came into the store was the huge red sign on the wall that says "No Refunds". It surprises me that for a chain of almost half a dozen stores they don't allow returns and only offer store credit. Especially when all the other competitors in town (Vistek, Camera Store, etc) offer at least a 14 day return. The staff seemed a little snoody when I asked about it too. They don't seem to be engaged with their jobs and I think that impacts the level of customer service provided. They might have the knowledge, but if they don't seem happy to be there what's the point? It's nice that this location is open mall hours, but is it really worth it if the staff act like they don't care and the store policies are from 1995? I'm going to go out of my way to check out Vistek and the Camera Store tomorrow instead.

Buyer beware! They do not accept returns. Bought a canon 6D recently from them. They charged more than their own online store and refused to price match a few days later. The staff was friendly and helpful though.
